Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Please request your cancellation within 12 hours of the time of your purchase. 

Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

 

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email, what do I do?

Our confirmation emails are sent out automatically. If you did not receive an email from us, please check your SPAM or advertisement folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

 

I ordered multiple products but I only received one, what do I do?

To make sure that you will not be charged with additional Custom fees, products may be send in different packages. It's also possible that your products come from different suppliers. Have a little more patience, your products are on their way to you.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Worldwide we accept PayPal with all connected credit cards.

In The Netherlands we accept IDEAL aswell.

 

What is the currency of the store?

The currency you will see on the store is based on your IP-address, the local currency from which country you are accessing the web shop from for your own convenience.

However, when the customer checks out, they will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.

 

How do it return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

 

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do: Contact the back/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
